Sam’s place is a gem. The apartment is super clean, bright and is very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen and the living room are big and have a big balcony. The room is also big and has a walk-in closet that is super helpful when you are traveling with a lot of luggage. The bathroom and kitchen were both really clean and organized. The condo is pretty private, besides having lots of apartments, and has a nice coffee place right outside. The apartment also has a parking spot inside the building. The location was great, we managed to do lots of things by foot and explore Santa Monicas downtown and pier. Would definitely recommend this stay and most certainly book this place again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is very central and walkable. The parking spot is gated and easy to get in and out of. The place is spacious. It was very clean and organized. The host was very responsive and polite. I would def stay here again :)

This was a great find in a perfect location. Spacious and clean, well decorated with all of the extra touches that only the best hosts provide. We visit regularly and this will definitely be our first choice next time.
